REGRADING REQUEST CRITERIA
Teams seeking to be regraded after the completion of initial grading must submit a written request outlining the reasons for the application. Please note the following criteria and process:
- Applications for re grading will be accepted until round seven (7).
- Applications will be reviewed by the Grading Committee, who will assess both the written submission and observe actual match play.
- Not all regrade requests will be supported. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Grading Committee.
- The assessment process may take up to two weeks, depending on the availability of relevant fixtures for review.
- Teams must clearly demonstrate why they believe they have been incorrectly graded, including factors such as:
- Overall team experience and player skill level
- Team performance since grading rounds
- Injuries, player changes or other significant factors impacting team composition.
- Division One (1) teams requesting to be regraded to Division Two (2) must show reasonable evidence that they are not competitive within Division One (1). If the grading committee deems the team is competitive and the team still wishes to be re graded then the team will be ineligible to compete in Division Two (2) finals, This is to maintain fairness and integrity across the competition.
All regrade decisions are final, and no further correspondence will be entered into once the Committee has made its determination.
A PRNA representative will formally advise in writing all clubs within the competition of any changes.
